Who operates this website

MotorOffer is a trading name of Micheala Mowlam, who operates as a sole trader. MotorOffer is not a limited company.

The vehicle enquiry service

MotorOffer is a direct vehicle buyer, not an auction marketplace. You can submit vehicle details, optional photographs and contact information for review. Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding sale, guarantee an offer or guarantee that MotorOffer will purchase your vehicle.

The website does not provide an automatic valuation or instant quote. Make and model details are supplied by you; they are not automatically retrieved from a vehicle database.

A submission confirmation only acknowledges receipt of your details. It is not acceptance of the vehicle for purchase, an offer or a completed purchase agreement.

Offers and any final purchase

An enquiry or indicative offer must not be treated as a completed purchase agreement. Any final purchase remains subject to the agreed process, agreement on the final terms and appropriate checks of the vehicle and the information supplied.

Relevant checks may include the vehicle's condition, ownership or authority to sell, documents and outstanding finance. Differences between the information supplied and the results of those checks may affect whether MotorOffer proceeds and on what terms. Do not assume a sale is complete until the purchase terms have been expressly agreed.

These website terms do not replace the separate terms of any eventual vehicle transaction or affect your statutory rights.

Information and photographs you provide

Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge. If you do not know an answer, use an available “not sure” option or explain the uncertainty in your notes. Tell MotorOffer if a material detail changes after submission.

Only submit a vehicle enquiry where you own the vehicle or have authority to act for its owner. Only upload photographs you are entitled to share. Avoid including people, identity documents, payment details or unrelated personal information in photographs or notes.

You allow MotorOffer to use the information and photographs you submit to assess and respond to your enquiry, as described in the Privacy Policy. Submission does not transfer ownership of your photographs to MotorOffer.

Using this website

Do not use the website for unlawful purposes, impersonate another person, submit malicious files, attempt to access private enquiries or photographs, or interfere with the website's operation or security.

The website's branding and content must not be copied or reused commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder. This does not prevent ordinary personal use of the website.

Availability and responsibility

Website content is general information, not a promise that a particular vehicle will be bought or that a particular price will be offered. Availability may be interrupted, and information may need correction or updating.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
